Return and Exchange Policy
If you wish to return an item, please contact 25 MAY JEWELRY within the applicable legal timeframe.
Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging and in perfect condition.
The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of used earrings, piercings, or personalized items.
